Social Impact Club

The Social Impact Club is committed to creating an inclusive, compassionate, and action-oriented environment in which every interested student can understand social realities, develop empathy and leadership skills, engage in community service, and contribute to meaningful social change.

The Club shall function in accordance with the core values of Empathy, Integrity, Social Justice, Inclusiveness, Sustainability, and Collective Responsibility. Through sustained activities and collaborative initiatives like community outreach programs, awareness campaigns, cleanliness and health drives, donation and support initiatives, and social research projects, the Club aims to contribute to the development of empathetic, responsible, proactive, and socially conscious students at Major S.D. Singh University.

The Social Impact Club of Major S.D. Singh University is established as a student-driven platform for fostering a spirit of social responsibility, empathy, community service, and sustainable development. The Club seeks to bring together students from different academic disciplines who share a passion for welfare, environmental conservation, and community upliftment.

Recognizing the vital role of youth engagement in nation-building, social justice, and inclusive growth, the Club aims to provide students with opportunities to move beyond classroom learning and gain meaningful practical exposure to real-world social challenges. It encourages students to contribute through community outreach, awareness campaigns, cleanliness drives, tree plantation, blood donation camps, education for underprivileged children, and support for the elderly.

The Club promotes a culture of compassion, volunteerism, leadership, and active citizenship, empowering students to become catalysts of positive change in society.
