Robotics & Automation Club

01

Introduction

The Robotics & Automation Club of Major SD Singh University is established as a student-driven platform for exploring, learning, and applying emerging technologies in robotics, automation, artificial intelligence, embedded systems, and allied areas. The Club seeks to bring together students from different academic disciplines who share an interest in technology, innovation, problem-solving, and the development of intelligent systems.

Recognizing the growing role of robotics and automation in education, industry, healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing, defence, smart infrastructure, and other sectors, the Club aims to provide students with opportunities to move beyond classroom learning and gain meaningful practical exposure. It will encourage students to transform ideas into working models, prototypes, projects, and innovative solutions to contemporary challenges.

The Club will promote a culture of experimentation, creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning through technical workshops, hands-on training, project development, competitions, expert interactions, exhibitions, hackathons, demonstrations, and interdisciplinary activities.
